Shipping policy

At 12 Oaks Timepieces, we understand that a luxury watch is a significant investment. We are committed to ensuring your timepiece arrives safely, securely, and promptly. All domestic shipments within the United States are handled with the highest level of care.

1. Fully Insured Shipping

Every timepiece shipped by 12 Oaks Timepieces is fully insured for its replacement value during transit. This protects your investment against loss, theft, or damage while the package is in the hands of the carrier. We partner with premium couriers such as FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air to minimize transit time.

2. Order Processing & Handling

  • Verification: To prevent fraud, all orders undergo a security verification process. This may take 1–2 business days.

  • Inspection: Before shipping, each watch receives a final quality control check and is securely packed in professional-grade, tamper-evident packaging.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

3. Signature Requirement

For your protection, all shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services. If you are not available to sign for the package, the carrier will typically hold the item at a secure local station for pickup with a valid government-issued ID.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Overnight (USA): Complimentary (Free) on all orders over $2,000.

  • Priority Morning Delivery: Available at an additional cost calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Windows: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday are typically processed for next-day delivery. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

5. International Shipping

While our primary focus is the USA, we do offer international shipping to select countries via DHL Express or FedEx International. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.
